Develop and lead initiative to establish long-term marketing strategies for each product (Pharmaceutical Pellets) and market (local and International) Monitor success of marketing campaigns and report results to reporting manager Make recommendations to alter marketing tactics and strategy to meet changing business and market needs Enhance marketing services through implementation of industry best practices (e.g., Digital Marketing, SEO, etc.) Develop and implement partnership or agency agreement in international markets Set rolling sales plan and draw action plan to achieve sales target Implement and monitor activities towards sales and marketing of products Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to develop new products Setting sales targets for individual marketing officers and marketing team as a whole and maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
